Adam Haylock

Adam is a Service Delivery Manager at Aylesbury Vale District Council where change is the norm. Responsible for the development, management, and performance of the Service Desk, which recently won the Service Desk Institute’s ‘Best Small Service Desk' award for 2016. In addition, Adam has also provided consultancy in designing ITIL processes, implementation of SaaS solutions, and the integration of an Enterprise Service Desk. Passionate about building successful teams with brilliant people, Adam likes to always be improving.
